No, there are no contracts, only an agreement for each transaction.

When is the payment due?

Upon receiving the file, you only pay a deposit, the remainder is due at closing.

What are the benefits of using a transaction coordinator?

Having a transaction coordinator as an independent contractor, you will have no costs such as payroll and insurance. You can use our services as you need them. There is no risk, you pay a deposit and the remainder only at closing.

Some of the responsibilities are, but not limited to, maintain contact with our team, when necessary,  send us all the documents pertaining to the transaction, if anything changes throughout the process, you will also be responsible to inform our team.
